Making a booking

• Send an email for further information and to obtain a booking form

Terms and conditions

• Prices quoted are in GB Pounds £ and are for the whole villa for a week
• Changeover day allows occupation of the villa from 4pm
• The villa must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made.
• This villa is well equipped with all the requirements for an enjoyable relaxing holiday.
• Bed linen and hand/bath towels are supplied please bring you own beach towels.
• Local assistance is available during your stay to help with any problems or information you may require
• Air conditioning is payable in advance at £5 per day
• Smokers are welcome, but they are not permitted to smoke in the villa.
• Sorry we do not allow pets

Payment

• A Deposit of 25% is required at time of booking
• The Full Balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival
• Prices include electricity, gas, water, sheets and house towels, but please bring your own pool towels
• A damage deposit of £200 is required with the final payment and will be refunded

Cancellation policy

• Other than for peak periods:

- if cancelled 13 weeks prior to arrival – full refund
- if cancelled between 8 and 13 weeks - 50% refund
- if cancelled 8 weeks or less -no refund until we have been able to relet the accommodation.

• Peak period:

if cancelled 13 weeks prior to arrival – full refund
if cancelled within 13 weeks of arrival - no refund until we have been able to relet the accommodation

• You are strongly advised to take out personal holiday insurance to cover cancellation charges
